Partner Onboarding Kit

Cold-call dentists. Pitch Nathan. Earn on every close.

Everything you need to represent Lukita Dev Agency on the phone — the pitch, the objections, the rules that protect both of us, and what you earn. Read top to bottom before you dial your first lead. Your signed partnership agreement is a separate email.

§ 01

Your role, in one breath.

Cold-call US dental practices from an assigned list. Pitch Nathan, our AI phone receptionist. When a dentist shows real interest, book a demo and text Lukita Dev the lead. Lukita Dev sends the personalized checkout link. You earn commission on every deal that closes and holds for 30 days.

Lukita Dev handles: onboarding, tech, Stripe billing, Nathan provisioning, client support after close.
You handle: dialing, pitching, objection handling, booking demos, logging outcomes.

Read before dialing

Your signed partnership agreement comes to your inbox as a separate email. Sign it first (reply "I AGREE" per the instructions in that email). No list, no script, no demo number until that reply lands. This protects both of us.

§ 02

Your daily workflow.

Each morning

  1. Open the shared tracking sheet (sent Day 1).
  2. Pick the next 10 leads from the assigned list.
  3. Dial each one. Your phone is fine for the first 30 dials; we can upgrade to a branded line later if volume demands.
  4. Mark outcome on every call: connected, voicemail, not-interested, interested, or booked-demo.
  5. For any interested or booked-demo → text Lukita Dev the practice name + what they asked.

When a demo is booked

Text the shape: "Booked: Dr. Smith @ Smile Dental, Tuesday 2pm, 904-555-0134." Lukita Dev sends the prospect a personalized landing page + Stripe checkout. They pay → Nathan is provisioned → your commission is on the books.

§ 03

The pitch — 30 seconds, memorized.

Three openers. Rotate them so your voice stays fresh. Never read verbatim — internalize the rhythm then make it yours.

Openers — pick one

01 / specific
Specific

"Hey, is this the office manager? Quick one — I'm calling because you're missing after-hours calls based on your Google reviews. We built an AI receptionist that books appointments twenty-four seven — would it be worth sixty seconds to hear if it fits?"

02 / time-boxed
Time-boxed

"Hi, I'm calling about a five-minute thing that might save you ten hours of receptionist work a week. Who handles your phones?"

03 / disarming
Disarming

"I'll be real with you — this is a sales call but I promise it's specific to your practice, not spray-and-pray. Got sixty seconds?"

The body (if they bite)

Body

"We build an AI phone receptionist called Nathan that answers every call, books real appointments into your system, routes emergencies to you, and handles after-hours. Real dentists are using it — I can send you a link where you can actually call the demo number right now and test it yourself. Want me to text it to you?"

The close — always book a next step

Close

"Cool — what's the best number to text the demo to? Takes two minutes to hear him in action. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings. If it is, we onboard you the same week for a flat setup plus monthly."

The price reveal — only if they ask

TierSetupMonthlyWhat's included
Starter$399$299Answers every call, books appointments, handles after-hours
Professional$499$499+ bilingual, 3 AI voice options, priority support
Elite$799$799+ custom voice clone, insurance verification, integrations
§ 04

Objection handlers.

Top five objections you will hear this week. Memorize the responses. Never argue — always reframe toward the next step.

We already have a receptionist.
Great — this isn't replacing her. It's catching the calls she misses. Dentists lose twenty to thirty percent of new-patient calls to voicemail during busy hours. Nathan catches those.
Too expensive.
Two ninety-nine a month versus one missed new-patient call at four hundred plus lifetime value. Most practices clear that the first week.
I need to think about it.
Totally fair. Can I text you the demo number so you can call it yourself and hear what your patients would hear? Zero commitment.
Send me info.
Will do — I'll text the demo number plus a one-pager. When's a good time to follow up — Friday or Monday? (Always book the next step. Never leave it open.)
We're not interested.
Appreciate the straight answer — who should I send this to if it ever changes? (Ask for a referral, never argue.)
§ 05

Hard rules — 10 things you cannot do.

These protect both of us. Breaking any of them is grounds for immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. Read twice.

  1. Never quote prices outside the 3 tiers. No discounts. No bundles. Custom pricing requests route to Lukita Dev only.
  2. Never take payment from a prospect. All closes flow through the Stripe link Lukita Dev sends. Zero exceptions.
  3. Never claim to BE Lukita Dev. Phrase is: "calling on behalf of Lukita Dev, the AI receptionist company." You're a sales partner, not the founder.
  4. Never promise specific outcomes like "you'll get ten new patients a week." Only cite real current-client data.
  5. Never share the prospect list with anyone outside this engagement.
  6. Never call before 8am or after 8pm in the prospect's local timezone. TCPA compliance.
  7. Do-not-call requests are permanent. If they say "remove me" → mark the row do-not-call forever, never dial again.
  8. If asked "is this AI / is this recorded" answer honestly: "It's a live person, me. Not AI."
  9. No racial, religious, or political remarks ever. Polite hang-up, move on.
  10. Never go direct to a dentist on the list outside this partnership. Non-solicit — 12 months after termination.
§ 06

What you get. What you don't.

You get exactly what you need to do the job — nothing more. The items on the right are legal-grade internal tools that stay inside Lukita Dev.

You GET

  • Prospect list — 50 dentist leads (shared Sheet, view-only)
  • Pitch script + objection handler (this document)
  • Nathan's demo phone — (904) 541-8192
  • Per-prospect landing pages — /for/[slug]?ref=your-id
  • Tracking sheet (edit access) for every dial + outcome
  • Direct text/Slack line to Lukita Dev for handoffs
  • Weekly 15-minute coaching call (first 4 weeks)

You DON'T

  • Any internal Lukita Dev tooling, admin surface, or backend system
  • Database, API, payment processor, or email-service credentials
  • Source code or infrastructure
  • Lukita Dev's private email inbox
  • Authority to modify pricing or product terms
  • Ability to bill prospects directly (cash, check, Zelle, nothing)
§ 07

What you earn.

Commission terms are governed by the partnership agreement in your inbox. Your share: 30% of every setup fee, plus 20% of every monthly payment for 12 months. Below is what that actually pays out in dollars.

What you earn per closed client — by tier

Tier Client pays (setup) Client pays (monthly) You earn (setup, one-time) You earn (monthly, over 12 months) Your year-1 total per client
Starter $399 $299 / mo $119.70 $59.80 / mo · $717.60 $837.30
Professional $499 $499 / mo $149.70 $99.80 / mo · $1,197.60 $1,347.30
Elite $799 $799 / mo $239.70 $159.80 / mo · $1,917.60 $2,157.30

Every Elite client you close is worth roughly 2.6× a Starter. Lean toward pitching Professional or Elite when the prospect has more than one office or obvious cash-flow signals (insurance-heavy practice, long-standing local ad presence, multiple hygienists).

Single-month snapshot — 5 closes

5 × Starter · 5 × $837.30$4,186.50
5 × Professional · 5 × $1,347.30$6,736.50
5 × Elite · 5 × $2,157.30$10,786.50

What 25 mixed clients looks like

Realistic tier mix based on dental-SaaS benchmarks — most practices start Starter, a solid third upgrade, a few go Elite from day one:

15 × Starter · 15 × $837.30$12,559.50
7 × Professional · 7 × $1,347.30$9,431.10
3 × Elite · 3 × $2,157.30$6,471.90
Year-1 total (setup + 12 months recurring)$28,462.50

Broken out: $3,562.50 in one-time setup commission (paid on close for your first deal, then on the next pay date after each subsequent client holds 30 days) plus $24,900.00 of recurring commission spread across year 1. By the time month 12 rolls around — if you onboard those 25 clients steadily across the year at roughly 2 per month — your recurring commission run-rate is exactly $2,075.00 per month, paid automatically as long as the clients keep paying.

Reality check

These numbers assume every client holds the full 12 months. Real hold rate for a well-onboarded dental SaaS is ~85-90% through year one. Real pickup-to-close rate on cold calls is ~2-5%. Which means 25 closes is roughly 500-1,200 dials — your first week of serious activity will tell us whether our list converts at the high or low end. The partnership covers you either way.

Sign-up accelerator — your first close

Fast cash · skips the 30-day wait

Your very first closed deal pays out immediately on close — no 30-day hold. Depending on tier that's $119.70 (Starter) to $239.70 (Elite) in setup commission hitting your account within days. It's there to prove the machine works and get you paid fast on close #1.

Starting with your 2nd close onward, the normal 30-day-hold rule applies — that's chargeback protection, not a penalty. If your first-close client refunds or cancels within 30 days, the advanced commission gets offset against your next pay date.

How payment lands

  • Bi-weekly payouts — on or around the 1st and 15th of every month. Faster cash rhythm than monthly.
  • You pick the payment method: Zelle · CashApp · Venmo · or USDC stablecoin (Base or Polygon network). Designate your handle/account/wallet once at signing; change it anytime by email.
  • First close pays out immediately (see the accelerator above). After that, each commission clears on the next pay date following the client's 30-day-hold threshold.
  • Setup commission hits first on each client, then the 20%-of-monthly stacks every subsequent pay date for 12 months — the more clients you close, the bigger each check gets.
  • 1099-NEC issued at year-end if your total commissions exceed $600. If you take USDC, you're responsible for your own cost-basis / capital-gains tracking.
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or clients who cancel before 30 days = $0 commission on that client (per §2 of the agreement).
§ 08

Your first two weeks.

  • Day 1 · after signing
Read this whole kit. Memorize 3 pricing tiers.
Call Nathan yourself at (904) 541-8192 to hear exactly what a prospect would hear. Role-play the pitch with Lukita Dev 3 times over voice with feedback.
  • Days 2–5
10–20 dials per day from the assigned list.
Mark every outcome. Daily 10-minute debrief. Goal: 2 booked demos by end of Day 5.
  • Days 6–10
20–30 dials per day. First close target.
Iterate the pitch based on what's working. Track pickup rate, interest rate, book rate.
  • Week 3+
Scale to 40 dials/day if the list is responding.
First commission payouts land on the 15th of the following month, assuming 30-day hold.
§ 09

Your next step.

Three things, in this order

1. Read and accept the partnership agreement in your inbox (reply per §13 of that email).
2. Call (904) 541-8192 yourself — listen to Nathan. You'll pitch better once you've heard what a prospect hears.
3. Text Lukita Dev when you're ready to role-play the pitch. First real dials land Day 2.

Any questions before you sign — ask them now, before. After you sign and start dialing, follow the rules in §5 exactly. That's the deal.
